We are so excited to be sharing this special event with you!
2025 has certainly come in with a bang! We can't wait to dance and move though some of the many emotions and challenges that have been gifted to us by this year already!
If you haven't danced with us before you will experience an amazingly powerful process of moving meditation.
Come and move through all that you have. Allow your body to express what is in your heart and mind. Shift what it is time to move. Call in what you are longing to receive.

We will begin with a beautiful heart centring and intention setting. We will then transition into movement guided by our bodies, our breath and a powerful, carefully curated playlist, followed by a sound journey with sacred instruments.
