To support the emotional and spiritual health of the East Texas community by gathering individuals, families, and professionals for a day of healing, growth, and meaningful connection. This event will reflect the mission of Sown Fields Counseling—helping people find truth, beauty, and deep connections with God, themselves, and others.

11:15 AM: Breakout Workshops (Choose 1 of 3 tracks)

12:30 PM: Catered Lunch & Reflection Time

1:30 PM: Afternoon Session: “Beauty in the Broken”

2:30 PM: Guided Prayer & Journaling Workshop

3:30 PM: Panel Discussion: Healing Through Connection

4:30 PM: Closing Prayer & Community Blessing
