What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), also known as rebirthing breathwork, offers a secure and gentle path to reconnect with your breath consciously and rhythmically, without interruptions. You are lovingly guided with music and voice and encouraged to remain in embodied consent with how deep you are wanting to breathe. Through CCB, you can willingly enter altered states of consciousness, release emotions and feel your body.

Emerald May (she/her) is a queer, international embodied sex, intimacy & breathwork coach. Working with stressed, anxious adults and children to support them to breathe better so they can live a calmer, happier, and healthier life. You can read more about her work here.

Please be mindful that if you purchase a price at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher ticket prices, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility.
