Gratitude carries one of the highest frequencies we can experience. In times when it feels harder to focus on the positive things around us; it becomes even more essential to open our hearts and see the depth of blessings present in our life right now. This class will weave a variety of sound, breath and movements to help you find the nuggets of wisdom and gratitude available to you right now and help you keep cultivating them in the days to come.

Event schedule:

7pm-8:30pm: We will begin with a check-in & pre-frame of class flow, after which you will be lead through a series of expansive and supportive movement patterns and techniques guided by practitioners A-T, Dawn & Leah.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.

Yoga mats & blankets will be provided, but you may bring your own things if you prefer to ensure your comfort.
