Rooted Where We Are: Finding Calm with the Nature Around Us
Description
Those who dwell among the beauties and mysteries of the earth are never alone or weary of life.
In this practical session, Kayte will facilitate a safe and welcoming space where participants are guided through simple, grounding activities that deepen their connection with nature. Participants will leave with practical skills to engage more meaningfully with the natural world around them—right where they are, without the need to leave suburbia.
The setting is the beautiful grounds of St John's Anglican Church, which include significant ongoing native re-vegetation works. Delight in the inviting environment of being in the midst of natural young vegetation.
Kayte Kitchen of Admirari Nature Therapy (https://admirari.com.au/) has a diverse skill set as a qualified teacher, counsellor, horticulturalist, and self-proclaimed wanderer with over 25 years of experience to her therapeutic practice.
