Event description

You are invited to a morning of connection.

It is time to come home to yourself. We invite you to Roots & Movement: Coming Home, a morning to nourish body, mind and spirit.

We are Antonia & Rachel, facilitators and friends, and we would love to share with you our heart-led offerings

Antonia will guide us through some Yoga & Astrology practises. Together we will come back into our bodies, and then read our own personal map written by the stars.

Rachel offers Therapeutic Horticulture – the practice of using plants and gardening to support mental health.

Together, we’ll explore the medicinal properties of herbs, how to grow alongside them, and how this practice can enhance our well-being, strengthen our health, and build supportive communities.

What to expect

- A total nervous system reset as your body softens into the ancient practise of yoga

- The opportunity to be seen, heard, and supported

- A fresh perspective on gardening- not just a hobby, but a powerful healing practise

- Come home feeling refreshed, nourished & connected to community
