Join us for an honest conversation on mental wellness, culture, and identity. We'll hear real stories from an international student, a registered therapist and the founder of Tala Thrive. Weโll unpack how cultural pressure, stigma, and identity affect our mental wellbeing.
The live panel will allow you to ask questions and provide an open space for reflection, connection, and support.
The event is co-hosted by Wombat Collective (activating international students community for collective change) & Tala Thrive (a mental health platform offering culturally competent care).
