Roots Yoga: Yoga, Nature & Connection
A monthly community-minded grass roots yoga practice in an outdoor setting

at Warrandyte State Park

9am - 10:30am
Welcome to a mindful outdoors yoga practice.
Held by the banks of the Birrarung, surrounded by gumtrees and wildlife, you will be guided through a 90-minute nature inspired yoga and meditation journey.
The yoga is inclusive, and options will be provided for both beginners and experienced yogis. We will end with meditation, allowing you to cultivate deep presence and connection to yourself and the world around you.
What's included:
- Guided yoga & meditation
- All yoga mats and props
- Herbal tea
What to bring:
- Water bottle
- Blanket or shawl for meditation
- Keep cup or mug for tea
- Your authentic self
Please arrive at 8:55am for a 9am start.
We will go ahead in light rain, but in the event of extreme or unreasonable weather refunds will be issued and the event will be cancelled.
