A monthly community-minded grass roots yoga practice in an outdoor setting

Welcome to a mindful yoga practice, informed by the natural world.
Held by the banks of the Birrarung, surrounded by gumtrees and wildlife, you will be guided through 90-minutes of breathwork, movement & meditation.
Roots Yoga is an experiential eco-somatic practice. The intention is for you to foster deep presence and connection to yourself, and to the world around you.
All abilities and levels of experience are welcome.
What's included:
- Guided breathwork, movement & meditation
- Yoga mats, blocks, straps & bolsters
- Herbal tea
What to bring:
- Water bottle
- Blanket or shawl for meditation
- Keep cup or mug for tea
- Anything else you may need for your comfort
- An open heart and mind
Please arrive at 8:55am for a 9am start.
We will go ahead in light rain, but in the event of unreasonable weather refunds will be issued and the event will be cancelled.
