Rope Intensive Weekend

No experience necessary. Adults 18+

Sexual acts will be part of the discussion so please be aware. No sexual acts included in the weekend and boundaries will be upheld at all times. Consent is required for all touch and experiential learning. This topic will be discussed during the workshop. Waiver signature required to participate. No exceptions. 

Due to the physicality required for rope interactions, please take care of your health. Be ready to learn-take care of yourself the night before. Get good rest, avoid alcohol or substances, and eat/drink before, during, and after class.

Partners can be lovers and/or friends. 

Please bring a yoga mat/padding to sit on for the duration of the class. 

Bring at least 8 meters of rope. Rope available for purchase for $20.

Please arrive EARLY as class starts PROMPTLY at 10 am each day. We appreciate your readiness and value of everyone's time.
