🌙 Rose & Moon Circle: Integration & Reflection
Before the year turns, we pause.
This final circle is a space to reflect, integrate, and honour what you’ve moved through.
✨ Together, we’ll explore:
• What has changed within you this year
• What you’ve learned and experienced
• What you are carrying forward
✨ What to expect:
• A grounding to arrive fully in the present moment
• Reflection on the year’s energetic journey
• Open sharing, stories, and insights
• Space for questions and meaning-making
• A gentle closing to complete the cycle
✨ What to bring:
• A journal
• Reflections from your year
• An open heart, ready to honour your journey
