On Friday, experience an intimate evening of Bar Miller’s signature sustainable omakase, served in two exclusive seatings (5:00pm-7:00pm & 7:30pm-9:30pm) at the Point of the Bluff pergola (weather permitting), overlooking the vineyards and Keuka Lake. With extremely limited availability (8 seats per time slot), this is a rare opportunity to savor the artistry of one of NYC’s most celebrated sushi destinations in a Finger Lakes setting. Enjoy 10+ courses accompanied with Point of the Bluff wines. No menu will be released in advance, and we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions. Trust the process. The pop-up continues Saturday night at The Park Inn, where Chef Jeff will work with our own Chef Kevin to blend the hyper-seasonal bounty of Glenn Scott Farm with Rosella’s passion for sustainability and seafood to create a special à la carte menu in combination with the Park Inn’s normal dinner menu.
