WALKING & CYCLING Both the City Reach Boardwalk and Riverwalk provide guests arriving by foot or bicycle a pleasant riverside experience avoiding the hustle and bustle of the busy CBD streets. The City Reach Boardwalk connects Howard Smith Wharves with the Riverside and Eagle Street Pier precincts (800m and 950m respectively). The Riverwalk is a 870m overwater shared walkway and cycleway directly joining New Farm and HSW. Guests arriving from the clifftop on Bowen Terrace are encouraged to use the East Lift for access to Rivershed. CAR Guest set-down is available at the Drop Off point in front of the Hotel. This can be accessed by the Main Entry to the precinct at 5 Boundary Street, Brisbane. Secure Parking operates a public car park offering 350+ car spaces. Book online prior to arrival to ensure you secure a space and receive discounted rates. TAXI OR RIDESHARE Direct drivers to Bowen Terrace (corner Kent Street) and take the East Lift from the clifftop down to the precinct. Alternatively, there is a set down zone available at the Drop Off point in front of the Hotel which is accessible by the Main Entry to the precinct at 5 Boundary Street, Brisbane. CITYHOPPER OR CROSS RIVER FERRY Take a trip along the river direct to HSW. The CityHopper and Cross River Ferry run every 30 minutes from the HSW Ferry Terminal. Travel across the river between 6am and midnight. Visit the TransLink website to plan your journey.

Secure car park at HSW can be accessed via the entrance at 5 Boundary Street, Brisbane City The paid car park has accessible car parking spaces, the accessible car parks are located directly next to the lifts that service the precinct. The height of the car park is 2.3m, and vehicles above this height are advised to utilise the other loading zone and parking options on Bowen Terrace. Access from the car park to the precinct is via the lifts at Felons Barrel Hall, Rivershed and Crystalbrook Vincent. The lifts are of a size that will cater for transport such as mobility scooters, mobility walker, double prams or the like. The lifts will transport guests within 50m of each venue if not right outside each venue. For accessible drop offs, Howard Smith Wharves has several loading zones at the precinct entry at 5 Boundary Street, these can be utilised by cars, vans, uber or taxis. Other options include drop offs on Bowen Terrace, allowing guests via the West Lift or East Lift.

Accessible amenities are located in each of our venues, there are two located beneath Felons Barrel Hall, which can be accessed via a lift and one located on the mezzanine level of Rivershed, again accessed via a lift.
