Rotary Club of Lindisfarne Talks - Dr Bert Shugg

Dr Bert Shugg is a retired medical practitioner with 40 years of experience initially as a rural GP, but then as a consultant paediatrician, working predominantly in Tasmania.

Dr Shugg's interest in voluntary assisted dying (VAD) has evolved over time from the personal experiences of patients, colleagues and family.

Dr Shugg's talk will share some of these personal experience, and cover the medical and ethical issues surrounding VAD.
