Description
Rach Sylvester is Services Manager for headspace Eastern Shore and the first Early Psychosis Program in Tasmania. The establishment of a headspace Primary and an Early Psychosis Centre simultaneously is a national first, both programs have a strong focus on early intervention and prevention.
Rach is vey passionate about the work being established on the eastern shore of Hobart for young people and families in the local area. Engaging with the local community is an important aspect of the work headspace facilitate to raise awareness of services available for young people, educate community on early help seeking and the importance of mental health literacy.
Rach will chat about the core streams offered from headspace Eastern Shore, the staffing profile within Centre and some of the learnings from working in community.
