This ticket allows you full admission to the District 9780 Conference, which will be held from 21 and 22 March 2025 at the 13th Beach Golf Club (1732 Barwon Heads Rd, Barwon Heads VIC 3227) and the 23 March 2025 at The Sands Torquay (2 Sands Bvd, Torquay VIC 3228). It includes the Friday evening, and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. This ticket excludes Saturday evening dinner, Bus Travel and other activities, such as Friday Golf Event and breakfasts on Sunday.

The keynote speakers and the full program on Saturday and Sunday will be streamed live during the Rotary District Conference. This will enable members of the public to watch and listen to these high value speakers. Some Rotarians who cannot attend conference may also wish to take advantage of this option. An invitation link will be provided closer to the conference and the program can be viewed on your own device (it will require a standard internet connection). This will be delivered on the Microsoft Teams Town Hall platform.
