We have two speakers, John Downes and Karen Kim. 

John Downes is an experienced management consultant and started his podcast "A Critical Few Actions" last year launching at number 6 in the Apple Podcast Charts at number 6 Business Entrepreneurship. 'The major focus is helping business owners and CEOs in the mid market cut through the overwhelm of having to do everything all at once and focus on the @criticalfewactions that will have the biggest impact on delivering their vision. Episodes are interviews with business leaders and advisors that have solved the key issues.'

The effervescent Karen Kim is well known in the Rotary Club but what perhaps is as well known is that as part of Karen's music education business is a podcast promoting "Music World". Hear how Karen goes about this part of her business.
