Rough Gems 2027 Application Info Session

This is the first of two information sessions for prospective applicants to learn more about the 2027 Rough Gems curatorial training program and ask questions.

Several improvements have been made to the application process and the program. Prospective applicants are highly encouraged to attend one or both of the information sessions. RSVP is encouraged but not required.

The second info session is a Happy Hour with Rough Gems Alumni on Tuesday, October20th from 6:00-7:30pm MT at Union Hall.

About the Rough Gems program

Taking place at Union Hall Art Space in six-week increments throughout 2027, Rough Gems will showcase original exhibitions produced by three, emerging Denver-area curators/curator teams. Each of the three selected proposals will receive mentorship and access to Union Hall’s facilities, budget, and marketing support. Each selected curator will produce a public supplemental program aligned with their exhibition theme in addition to hosting a curatorial talk.
