Deconstructing leadership: Building values-driven leadership

Join the Raise Our Voice Australia team as we deconstruct what leadership means and help you build a vision of it that works for you and your values. In this hour-long workshop we will:

• Reflect on personal experiences and diverse perspectives of leadership.
• Delve into the complexities and challenges of breaking down traditional leadership models.
• Highlight the importance of fostering inclusive and equitable leadership to drive meaningful change.

We will engage in thought-provoking discussions, use real-life case studies to examine the power of leadership, and guide a group activity to help you redefine leadership in your own life and community. 

Whether you're a seasoned leader or just beginning your journey, this workshop will provide you with the tools and inspiration to lead with authenticity and impact! This session is open to all young women and gender diverse people.

Raise Our Voice Australia is a non-partisan social enterprise mobilising young women and gender diverse people to transform policy and politics. The cost of your ticket goes towards upskilling more young women and gender-diverse people to transform policy and politics through training and our Raise Our Voice in Parliament program, supports us to run research to centre the voices of young women and gender-diverse people in policy discussions, and supports our community engagement activities to connect young women and gender-diverse people across the country to mobilise for change.
