Description

We formally invite all members to our special general meeting to consider, and if thought fit, pass a special resolution to replace exisiting Rules and By-Laws of the Society with a new set of Rules.

When registering, please select the ticket type of how you will be voting i.e. in person, online or via proxy.

Note that only members and employees of the Society are entitled to attend this Special General Meeting of Members.
