RTCON20 | The Virtual Relief Teacher Conference

RTCON20 is the annual virtual relief teacher conference held all online. Back for its second year, the popular conference is made for relief teachers and is accessed by thousands of teachers and enjoyed at a self-set pace.

RTCON20 is featuring over 14 hours of accredited professional development presented by 14 inspiring educators. The virtual event also provides you with a chance to connect with your community and score some goodies and prizes through our exciting sponsor giveaways and competitions.

All PD presentations are accredited with NESA and are aligned to the Australia Professional Standards for Teachers.  

Where is RTCON20 hosted? 

RTCON20 is held in an exclusive Facebook group where attendees can join in the discussion. For those that don’t have Facebook, we will be providing an alternate access point so you don’t miss out on the content and the fun! 

When is RTCON20 on and how long can you join in for? 

RTCON20 live action will be launched on the 23rd of November and will go until the 7th of December.  

If you can’t make the  PD at any of the scheduled times, never fear! You will have 6 months to complete the courses at your own pace.  

How much does it cost? 

Relief Teacher Association members (50% off): $30 + booking fee  

Full price: $60 + booking fee  

Ultimate package: $104 

Become a Relief Teacher Association member to get access to over 82 hours of accredited online PD for 25% off full price (normally $99, become a member for $74.25) + Claim a member's half price off tickets to RTCON20 

Where do the booking fees go? 

This year we are using Humanitix to connect you to the event. Humanitix use their booking fees for good and this year we have chosen that all booking fee money will go towards funding scholarships for Indigenous students. 

Refund policy

We will not be issuing refunds to attendees as a result of the recent NESA changes. NSW attendees have up until Friday the 5th of February to complete the courses at RTCON20 to have hours logged in NESA.
