Rugged and Raw Present: Sam Alfred + Bizou @ CIVIC

Rugged and Raw is very delighted to present the return of Sam Alfred to Eora/Sydney on the 15th of July after a very successful Lost Sundays debut. The Civic Underground will be locked and loaded for an intimate night of dirty dancing with one of Melbourne’s finest up and coming selectors. 

Sam Alfred is a name that has been recently reverberating through Australia’s house and techno scene. He has multiple EP’s, gigs and releases scheduled for the coming months and is making quick work of carving out a space for himself within the industry. His flair behind the decks has caught the likes of Crush3d, Partiboi69 and Skin on Skin. After stand out sets at Pitch & Strawberry fields in 2022 we are excited to have Sam grace the decks of the underground. 

In support of Sam, Sydney producer ‘Bizou’ will be showcasing his latest EP, ‘Astroboy’. Strap yourselves in as he takes you on a journey through Break alongside the warm tone of his synth sound. To warm up, Rugged and Raw residents ‘Nikita’ & ‘Charlie’ will be b2b, mixing and travelling between their sounds of Break, Garage and Minimal. To top the night off, closing will be up and coming local girl ‘Miss Behave’. This pocket rocket will have your body moving at high speeds by pumping a gritty beat whilst sending her bass lines through your soul.
