Session 04 - Trail Run

Join us for a trail run at our trail store, Blue Mountains Running co, located in Glenbrook. This trail run is designed for all women, whether you're an avid trail runner or keen to give trail running a go for the first time, this one's for you.

We'll be going for a trail run Distance To be Announced led by our female team at BMRC. They'll provide some tips and tricks for transitioning from road to trail running, and guide you through the run.

We'll be joined by our friends at ASICS, with a selection of trail running shoes for you to try out on the run. Plus, one lucky runner will walk away with a brand new pair of ASICS shoes on us!

How to get to Glenbrook

Blue Mountains Running co is located close by Glenbrook Train Station. We recommend catching the train to Glenbrook from Sydney, or driving. There is plenty of street parking.
