Our retreat includes a blend of powerful but gentle modalities for healing, awakening connection and empowerment, ranging from but not limited to:

Cacao & Blue lotus ceremonies, Gentle yin & restorative yoga, 9D Breathwork 'Healing Ancestral Lines' & Awaken Breathwork journey, Womb release & yoni steam, Reiki & shamanic healing, sound baths, sound & voice medicine, light language activations, the Wim Hof Method of breathing & optional ice bath. Delicious vegetarian asian inspired food! 

We also offer a sharing circle and follow up 9D Breathwork session via zoom for integration and regeneration the following week, creating community is important to us and making sure every is settling back into their daily lives ok....

The location is beyond amazing..... immersed in nature, a very special place for healing set in the tranquil hills of Glaucester - Sunquncha......check it out on insta! We will be spending most of our time in the Dome shalla which has a fire place inside! The clamping tents are heated as well! Single options available if you like your personal space.
