Co-founder of the D-Tour silent disco experience (in collaboration with San FranDisco and Will-e Dance), Ice Ice Baby invites you into a playful world where anything is possible through the power of music and dance. D-Tour creates safe, inclusive dance spaces where everyone can express themselves and flourish - no experience necessary, just bring your curiosity and joy.

Inèz

Inèz has guided runners of all levels through their journeys, beginning with her free Couch to 5k program, creating a safe, supportive and fun environment for participants. Her holistic Motivational Running Programs continue to help runners build confidence, community, and knowledge - going far beyond just running.
