ABOUT OUR EVENT

Run with ❤️ - MAIN EVENT: SAT 6TH APRIL

Come join myself (Brooke) & Matt for a heart-pumping run at Ed Hardy Park located at Bellow Miami Hill, North Burleigh QLD, Australia. 

As we take on the Goggins 4 x 4 x 48 = Run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48hrs to raise money for the Heart foundation.

Along side some AMAZING BRANDS: Unfit Running | LSKD | Prana On | Fisocrem | The Good Joint

RAFFLE PRIZES: Brands named above + Saucony | Rigs Recovery and more

This will be our 4th run into the challenge!

THE SCHEDULE:

6AM: Meet fellow runners and get pumped

6:15AM: Speech/Mornings gratitude + Warm up (With Brooke, Matt and UNFIT Running

6:25AM: Run time! orrrr walks!

7AM - onwards: 

• Recover with an ocean dip or a little cool down session hosted by UNFIT.
• Try some samples from Prana on 
• Check out the LSKD stand for some discounts and goodies.
• Grab a coffee and have a chat

THE RUN ITSELF:

Whether you're a seasoned runner or fresh blood, this event is perfect for all levels. Let's spread love and positivity while breaking a sweat together. 

Our run will be a 40min session. Feel free to run, walk, bike ride :) 

(We are personally running 6.5km at roughly a 6:30 pace)

Charity Run Safety Waiver

I, [Participant's Name], understand and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration of my participation in the charity run organized by "The Run with Heart Event."

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury, illness, or even death. I acknowledge that these risks are inherent in any physical activity, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Run with hearts organisers, volunteers, sponsors, or agents (hereinafter referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while participating in the Event.
3. Responsibility for Self: I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being during the Event. I agree to abide by all safety rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Event organizers, volunteers, and officials.
4. Respect for Others: I agree to conduct myself in a respectful manner towards all participants, volunteers, spectators, and members of the public during the Event. I will not engage in any behavior that may endanger myself or others, including but not limited to, reckless running, pushing, or any other actions that may cause harm.
5. Medical Treatment: In the event of any injury or illness during the Event, I authorize the Event organizers to obtain necessary medical treatment for me. I understand that I will be responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.
6. Photography and Publicity: I consent to the use of my name, photograph, voice, and likeness in any promotional materials, advertisements, or media coverage related to the Event, without compensation or further notice.
7. Compliance with Laws: I agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during my participation in the Event.
8. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue the Releasees. I further acknowledge that by purchasing this ticket and attending the event I agree to this waivers terms.
