Running is a high load sport with a high incidence of injuries which present in certain demographics. In this webinar Jimmy will cover the common presentations including the anatomy involved, expected recovery timelines and outline various treatments including manual therapy and exercise related approaches. Differential diagnoses will also be included.
Jimmy has been in private practice for over 21 years and teaching at CIT for the last 15 years. Jimmy has a degree in exercise science as well as being a soft tissue therapist. Jimmy draws on his clinical skills and personal experience to discuss common running related injuries and differential diagnoses.Â
