Rural Women Dinner Club - CAMBRIDGE
Description
Some of the best conversations happen around a dinner table — and this is one you won’t want to miss.
Join us for the Cambridge Rural Women Dinner Club, a relaxed and welcoming evening created for women who want to step away from the farm gate, business, and daily commitments to reconnect, recharge, and be inspired.
(And yes — you absolutely don’t need to be “rural” to attend!)
Our Guest speaker is Pamela Storey - Pamela brings a powerful story of reinvention—shifting from an engineering career in the U.S. to learning farming from the ground up on a fourth‑generation Waikato dairy farm. She’s navigated the identity shifts, confidence challenges, and community building that come with starting over in a rural setting, alongside leading through governance challenges, political deadlocks, and high‑stakes decision making. Grounded in her values and resilience, Pamela now serves as Manager of the Professional Adviser Network at Momentum Waikato, where she champions community philanthropy and long‑term regional investment to strengthen rural communities and support women’s leadership.
Whether you’re farming, working in agribusiness, running a rural business, or supporting from behind the scenes, this evening is designed to fill your cup.
