RYZE Yoga Monday 10/5 6:45pm

Join us for Bellingham Treehouse Yoga Class at Ryze Fitness! This gorgeous space has room for everyone, a great sound system, and two different surfaces you can choose from for your mat (turf or gym mat).

Class starts at 6:45pm sharp. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and snag your spot. All levels class. We will get a GREAT workout to good music and hang with good people, Class is always free. Donations are welcome in cash or at Vemno to @lacykemp

Please note- Dogs are not permitted to classes at Ryze. You know I love them, but they need to stay home.

Registration is now required to attend as space is limited. Please only sign up if you're sure you can attend. If for some reason you do need to cancel (I get it life happens) please let me know as soon as possible. 

Also-PLEASE stay home if you're sick. Whether it's a cold or an unknown illness. Nobody wants your germs. <3
