S'MORES & BIERSTACHELN NIGHT AT MOSAIC!

We're bringing a little fire to the brewery!

Join us at Mosaic Brewing Company for a fun evening on the patio, where we'll be roasting marshmallows, making s'mores, and introducing guests to a centuries-old German beer tradition called Bierstacheln (beer poking).

WHAT THE HECK IS BIERSTACHELN?

Bierstacheln is a traditional German technique that involves heating an iron poker until it's glowing hot, then briefly dipping it into a glass of beer.

The intense heat interacts with the beer's residual sugars, creating a warm, creamy foam with toasted, caramel-like flavors while the beer underneath remains refreshingly cool.

The tradition is often associated with German blacksmiths, who reportedly used heated iron tools to warm their cold beer centuries ago.

It's an unusual way to experience beer, and we're excited to share it with our neighbors!

AND OF COURSE, S'MORES!

We'll also be gathering around the patio fire to roast marshmallows and make some classic s'mores.
