This week we will be showcasing an Alumni staff member and good friend of the bar Kevin Martinovich as he shows off his  burgeoning rage of awesome craft beers- a warm welcome to a cold glass, give it up for Aetheon Brewing! 

Greek for “burning, blazing and shining”- Aetheon beers are pure fire and have have been kicking goals since Kevin launched the brainchild in 2021. This coming Strange Tastes the brewer himself is coming down to tell us all about it. 

Kevin started the project with a clear vision in mind - to create a range of beers that were not only approachable but also consistent in quality, packed with flavour, and brewed with passion. This concept was translated into the foundation of the brewery's core range of pale ales and IPAs, which have become a hallmark of Aetheon Brewing and beloved by many beer enthusiasts.

Not one to rest on his laurels, Kev also wanted to push the boundaries of what beer could be perceived as, and thus, he started experimenting with new and exciting flavours and styles. This led to the creation of the brewery's limited releases, which are crafted with the same commitment to quality and consistency as the core range - but with a more adventurous twist.

Aetheon Brewing's alignment to these core values is evident in every can they produce. With every sip, you can taste the effort that goes into crafting the brew and the attention to detail that ensures every beer is of the highest quality. Whether you're a fan of classic pale ales or enjoy exploring new and exciting flavours, Aetheon Brewing has a beer for you.

This is a FREE event, however as places are limited, RSVP is essential.

Booking fee of $10 is fully redeemable over the bar on the night. We have implemented this due to no shows that were causing others to miss out but as always, this is an educational experience put on by us, for you!

As with any other day, if you’re not feeling well, please stay at home! Strange Tastes is a bi-weekly affair so there are plenty of other opportunities to discover delicious beverages down the track if you cant make this one due to being under the weather.
