Richard has more than 18 years' experience working for advances manufacturing supply chains across naval defence, radio communication, electronics and mining. With 26 years of purchasing experience in the UK and Australia, he has a passion for customer relationship development and team leadership.
Tony Leung - Head of Strategic Sourcing, R.M.Williams
Tony is an MBA qualified supply chain and procurement professional with over 20+ years working across global brands, specializing in procurement, vendor management, quality, and project delivery. Known for strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and a collaborative leadership style, I bring a practical, results-driven approach to complex supply chain challenges. Passionate about driving innovation and efficiency in procurement.
Tom Birch - Managing Director, AltFive
Tom has over 16 years of experience across the private and public sectors in operational, commercial, and consulting roles, and brings a unique blend of expertise. Prior to ALTFIVE, he spent 4.5 years as a Senior Management Consultant at Ernst & Young, where he honed his strategic and critical thinking skills.
