This workshop helps you to build healthy habits in your life.

It was created by adults with intellectual disability for adults with intellectual disability.

Topics in the workshop include:

  • Moving your body throughout the day.
  • Eating healthy food.
  • Getting good sleep.

This workshop is based on the first book of SACID's Strong Mind workbook series. Copies of the workbooks will be available at the workshop.

You must register to attend this workshop as room capacity is limited. Support people must register as well.
