TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please consider these TERMS & CONDITIONS carefully before booking:

- No credits/refunds for cancellations. 

- No credits/refunds for missed classes. 

- In the case of teacher illness, major widespread flooding, lockdowns or some other major unexpected event; the project will either be put on hold for a maximum of 4 weeks, or cancelled and students will be credited/refunded for the cancelled classes or changes that don't suit their availability.

- Dance classes can involve risk of personal injury. While Malika & Claudia take all reasonable care in the conduct of their classes, they accept no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit for the class and during the class, you must at all times take care of your own personal safety.  

- It is your responsibility to advise Malika or Claudia of any injuries or health conditions before & during term, whereby she may recommend you get medical clearance for attending the course. 

- If you do participate in the course with any kind of medical condition, you do so at your own risk. If you're not sure if you can participate in this course with your medical condition/injury, it is recommended that you try a class casually first as refunds will not be issued if it turns out to not be suitable for you. 

Purchasing a ticket to this event and attending classes is considered a commitment to the full project and to these terms & conditions.
