TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please consider these TERMS & CONDITIONS carefully before booking:


- No credits/refunds for cancellations. 


- In the case of teacher illness, major widespread flooding, lockdowns or some other major unexpected event; the class will either be put on hold for a maximum of 4 weeks, or cancelled and students will be credited/refunded for the cancelled classes or any timetable changes that don't suit their availability.

- Dance classes can involve risk of personal injury. While Malika & Claudia take all reasonable care in the conduct of their classes, they accept no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit for the class and during the class, you must at all times take care of your own personal safety.  

- It is your responsibility to advise Malika or Claudia of any injuries or health conditions before class, whereby she may recommend you get medical clearance for attending the course. 

- If you do participate in the class with any kind of medical condition, you do so at your own risk. 

Purchasing a ticket to this class is final, there are no credits or refunds, however name transfer is allowed.
