Sacred Birth and Postpartum Circle

Pregnancy, birth and postpartum are deeply transformational rites of passage. This circle will centre around the roads we walk during our pregnancy, birth and postpartum experiences. We will engage in ceremonious ritual, dive deep into birth as a rite of passage and welcome the sharing of birth stories in a safe, protected and sacred space. We will explore the sacred postpartum and the honouring of the fourth trimester. 

I will also be offering some valuable information on how to use ritual in motherhood as a way of nurturing yourself through transformation. Of course, being a doula, this special motherhood circle will be rich with helpful stories, information and tips for pregnancy, birth and parenting in your own intuitive way.
