I welcome everyone to a powerful journey to clear all that does not serve us in Sacred Cacao Breathwork ceremony on Sunday May 23 with the moon in Libra.
Please arrive 11:15am prompt start at 11:30am after which the doors will be closed.
As a healing tool Cacao is effectual on so many levels. It is reputed to assist with many levels of change in the body both physical spiritual and psychological. Raw cacao has been used for centuries and is chock full of antioxidants know as flavanols which are beneficial to your body on many levels. It is a heart opening plant medicine which has been shown to reduce stress, boost mental health and physical health.
Breathwork accesses the deepest recesses of the body and mind enabling clearing of issues on many levels. If you are looking for a powerful transformational journey then circular breathwork combined with cacao is a method to release stress, tension and trauma from the body.
In this 2.5 hour experience you will be taken on a journey through music, sound frequencies through crystal chalices, drumming, movement, altering the senses, releasing stress and trauma, alkalising the blood, lowering blood pressure, recalibrating the energy fields of your body and returning the body into a state of bliss. An experiential journey where wisdom and healing and gained in alignment with each individual’s inner experience and needs.
PARKING: There is ample parking on site.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Cardiovascular issues, high abnormal blood pressure, bi-polar depression, glaucoma, recent surgery, active addictions, history of seizures, heavy medication, anyone with mental illness who isn’t in active support.
What to bring:
* Please wear comfortable unrestricted clothing and a light jumper and light blanket in case you get cold. Your temperature can fluctuate so please make sure you will be comfortable
* Yoga mat (subject to COVID restrictions you must bring your own)
* Socks
* Water bottle
NB: Please eat light on the day and please don’t drink any alcohol
There are 5 x $65 early bird tickets with no refund policy but someone can take your place if you are unable to attend. Price increases to $79 thereafter.
