Join us for a morning spent moving our body through a slow yoga flow & crystal sound bowl bath & reiki during savasana before gathering under the trees around the fire to learn about the tradition & medicine that ceremonial cacao is & experience all it’s goodness in a cacao ceremony.

We will end the afternoon with a natural DIY workshop where you will make some self care DIY's to take home.
