I felt heard, seen and understood!
Joining the Sacred women's circle was the first time I felt truly understood. The support is gentle, consistent, and exactly what I needed to find my strength again.

SACRED CIRCLE
A space to connect, share, reflect and just be yourself.
Come together with other women for an afternoon of good conversation, honest sharing and a little time to reconnect with yourself.
Sacred Circle is a relaxed, welcoming space to talk about what's been going on, listen to other women's experiences, and perhaps see something from a different perspective.
We'll weave in a little journalling and reflection, some card pulls, a simple release ritual, with plenty of time to connect and share.
There is no right way to participate in circle. Share as much or as little as you like. Come curious, come chatty, come quiet. There is room for all of it.
What to bring:
Bring a journal and water bottle if you'd like.
Tap water, tea, coffee, cushions and blankets are provided.
Spaces are limited.

Not at all. Sacred Circle is a space to meet new women, connect and share experiences. We welcome you to come on your own or bring a friend.
Although it is an interactive circle, where sharing is part of the process. Sharing is always optional. You can participate in the way that feels right for you.
What happens in circle, stays at circle :)
Each circle is a little different, but you'll have time to connect and chat, reflect, journal, pull cards, and take part in a simple release ritual. There is plenty of space for conversation and sharing too.
Absolutely not. Just come along with a curious mind!
No. Sacred Circle may have a therapeutic component but it is a social and reflective gathering for women. It's a space to connect, share, reflect and enjoy some time for yourself.
Whatever you're comfortable in. You'll be sitting on floor cushions, chatting and relaxing, so comfort wins.
It varies month to month. However spaces are intentionally limited (usually to a maximum of 13 women) so the circle stays intimate and everyone has the opportunity to connect.
Not at all. There are some reflective and ritual elements, but you don't need to follow a particular belief system or be experienced with any of it.
Yes. There is free street parking available around the studio. Please allow a few extra minutes to find a park and walk over if needed.
