SACRED FLOW brings us back to an ancient wisdom and knowing where our ancestors danced in ceremony to experience healing and insights for the highest

good. Your hostess, Angie (DJ AnJel) will prepare a sacred and safe space for you to unleash and experience healing through meditation, movement, and music, while gently guiding you through the process. 

Before the dance begins, Angie will open the Medicine Wheel, setting the intention and creating a sacred container for healing and connection with Spirit and with Self. Angie will then guide you through a meditation to alter your consciousness, before you begin to embody the music with closed eyes through a live-mixed sound journey. You will slowly be taken to experience catharsis and leave it all on the dance floor, before coming gently back into stillness and being guided through a Shamanic Journey to receive insight and messages for your highest good. 

You will use wireless headphones for the entirety of the ceremony, so you may feel truly immersed in the music and leave the outside world behind and enjoy this sacred time for you. In honour of the Medicine Wheel, you will be gently guided to dance through the Four Elements: EARTH, WATER, AIR, and FIRE. Moving through each elemental portal brings to the surface different aspects of you that you either need to meet or release through movement.

• A yoga mat
• A blanket to keep warm

Please wear comfy clothes that you can move freely in and arrive 5 mins early to receive your headphones and settle into the space.
