The full moon is a time of release, it brings to the surface the ways of being that are no longer serving us so we may step deeper into the embodiment of our higher selves and anchor in the intentions set at the new moon.
(Doing this is a group setting, with shared intentions makes it even powerful).

We will be going through deep relaxation techniques, soulful connection, guided journey with cacao, guided personal healing & activation, full moon release, manifestation, journaling, while connecting to the new moon energies.
Please bring your own journal and any comfy relaxing items, e.g. slippers, trackies, blankets, pillows etc.
Provided at the venue will be vegan treats, herbal teas, seleno cacao, oracle cards for use.
