We begin by opening our hearts with ceremonial cacao, a plant medicine known as the Food of the Gods. This gentle yet powerful elixir supports emotional release, expanded awareness, and heart coherence. The cacao we share is Madre Tierra Cacao — our family’s direct-trade ceremonial cacao sourced from the lush highlands of Guatemala, where each bean is hand-peeled and stone-ground with love. Rich in magnesium, antioxidants, and natural theobromine, cacao awakens the heart and enhances the body’s ability to receive sound and vibration at a cellular level.

🕊 The Nidra Journey

Once the cacao opens your heart, you’ll be guided by Yuki Lyons — a certified Yoga Nidra teacher, Yoga Nidra coach, and cacao ceremonialist. Through her soothing voice and meditative guidance, Yuki will lead you into Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep — a deeply restorative state where the body rests while the mind remains awake. In this space between worlds, the nervous system recalibrates, the subconscious opens, and deep healing naturally occurs.

As you rest, Maestro Jade Lyons — world-renowned sound healer, musician, and gong specialist — weaves a multidimensional live soundscape using gongs, flutes, voice, and sacred instruments from around the world.
