You are invited to an end-of-year celebration where we let go of our inhibitions and connect to our fully expressed selves within the safety of nature & community.

Whatever you’ve got, BRING IT - this is a co-creative "synergistic" festival, supporting like-minded folks who are ready to drop into their truth & playfulness!

It is time to pay homage to everything that was 2023 & emerge into a portal of your most magnificent 2024 creation!

Are ready to bring in the New Year in a beautiful, fun & conscious way with like-minded tribe - who also like to get a little cosmic and freaky?

This gathering will be held on sacred land with flowing creek and multiple campsite spaces, 30mins from Byron Bay.

We are expanding & this year we are welcoming in the crew from Mystic Valley to create a 2nd stage full of magic, music & exploration.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Location - We will send out the exact location on the 29th via email to registered ticket holders. It will be held on private property. This is a private, invite only event.

Gate times - There are specific gate entry times. Outside of these times, the gate will be locked and you will be unable to enter the site. 

30/12/23 - 3pm-8pm

31/12/23 - 9am-9pm

01/01/23 -10am-3pm

Entry + Campsites - The property has 8 campsites that we will be camping on. Access to certain campsites will depend on weather, time of entry and capacity. If you want to camp with your friends, please arrive with your friends. We cannot guarantee you will be able to access all areas of the site unless you arrive together.

Pass outs - If you are planning to leave the festival prior to the 2nd of January you must not drive your vehicle down to the creek side camping areas.You can park your car in the 'Day Parking' area and walk or hitch a lift down. If you are vehicle camping or you want to stay with your vehicle your only option is the 'top campsite'. 

Ride sharing. Please rideshare wherever possilble. Go to the Sacred Hearts Facebook page to find or offer a lift.

Soft opening night: Potluck/Shared Dinner + Music from 5-10pm at the Mystic Valley Stage. Bring something to share.

Family Friendly - Children under 10 are permitted with a registered ticket holder/guardian. The 'top campsite' and 'quieter campsite' will be the best options for families. We have face painting, art and crafts and other kids actives scheduled for New Years Day. See schedule.

Dogs & pets - Unfortunately we are not permitted to have pets on this property. Please do not bring your pets.

Camping - You are welcome to pitch a tent, vancamp, bring a trailers or RV. (2WD vehicles can enter most of the site, weather permitting)

Swimming - The site has a beautiful flowing creek for us to swim in and enjoy. 

What to bring - Here is a simple list of necessities: shelter, warmth, food, swimmers, yoga mat, torch, drinking water, sun protection, esky + ice, good vibes!

Toilets + Showers - We will provide toilets and limited cold water only, showers. You are welcome to bathe in the creek but please don't use any soaps.

Food/drinks - We will have food/non alcoholic drink vendors operating from the 11am on 31st to 11am on the 2nd.  Cacao bar will be open at 9am at Sacred Hearts stage. Please bring cash as Internet is spotty and may affect your ability to pay electronically. There will NOT be any vendors on the 30th.

MASSAGE - There is massage traditional & zen thai 45mins $85 - 90mins $150, please book via putting your name down on the sign located at the massage tent 

There will be a clothing store for the vintage second hands fashion friends

Drinking Water - There will be a water fill/refill station at the 'top campsite' this may be a long walk from where you camp so please bring enough drinking water to get you through.

Private event - this is a private community event. As part of our community, you will be required to sign a waiver and take full responsibility for your safety (and your children's) whilst at the event. 

Alcohol and intoxicants - The comfort, safety and expression of our guests is of utmost importance to us. We ask everyone attending our event to be self-responsible when it comes to the use of alcohol and intoxicants.

Leave no trace - We expect that you will take ALL of your rubbish, recycling and compostable matter home with you. Please consider how you will manage your waste, plan for it and minimise what you bring in.

Tickets must be in the name of the person entering. To update or change the name on your ticket please follow these steps:

1.Find the order confirmation email you have received;

2.Click the manage order button;

3.Update your order + ticket details with the new buyers name and email adress. Pls update email adress this is very important.

4.To save the changes, click Save at the bottom.

5.Forwarding tickets to each ticket holder by clicking the button forward ticket.

Further updates will be emailed to ticket holders.
