This style of breathwork uses conscious, connected breathing to shift your state of awareness, open energetic pathways, and support emotional release and deep healing. It works on mental, emotional, physical, and energetic levels — often clearing what words cannot.

🔔 Sound Healing

Relax deeply as live sound instruments guide your body and brain into states of coherence and calm. The healing vibrations from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, rainsticks and chimes help release stuck energy and invite profound relaxation.

👐 Reiki

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that works on the subtle body to support your transformation and integration. It promotes balance, clarity, and peace — often working beyond conscious awareness.

At our Sound Reiki and Breathwork event, creating a safe and supportive container is our top priority. We are both deeply committed to holding space with care, presence, and integrity, ensuring that everyone feels grounded, respected, and supported throughout the experience.

We intentionally guide the group dynamic to maintain a peaceful, non-judgmental atmosphere, so that each participant can explore their inner process without feeling overwhelmed or activated by others. Whether you're new to this work or more experienced, you’ll be held in a space where personal boundaries are honored, emotional safety is respected, and deep transformation can unfold with trust.

🧘 What to Bring

Please bring the following for your comfort;
• Yoga mat or something to lie on
• Blanket to stay warm
• Pillow or cushion for your head
• Eye covering (eye pillow or scarf)
• Optional: bolster for under your knees

✨ How to Prepare

To support your experience:
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing
• Arrive well-hydrated
• Eat lightly and finish meals at least 1.5 hours before the session
• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy food
• Please arrive 10 minutes early – doors close at start time to preserve the space

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Cardiovascular disease
• Osteoporosis
• Recent major surgeries or injuries
• Severe psychiatric conditions (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, acute anxiety disorders)
