Sacred Play - Beachside Silent Disco @ La Jolla Shores

Uplift your spirit through the joy of dance!
...with your toes in the sand, fresh ocean air in your lungs, and a curated musical journey to melt into. A Silent Disco is a dance space where all guests are provided with their own set of wireless headphones. This way we can all experience the perfect sound as we prance about this beautiful sanctuary of nature.
Our host, Shaman Kreatos, will be guiding the group through a 90 minute set of somatic warmup, yoga flow, dance, connection and play... to create a space of freedom for us all to Blossom the Spirit!

From parking, walk to the beach and head to your right (North of the Volleyball Courts) and look for signs and our ribbons of green and gold! The dance space on the strand will be marked with bamboo tipis.

4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Arrive, acquire your headphones, settle in, connect.
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Dance Journey
6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Return headphones
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Community Connection & Sunset Viewing

ᗯᕼᗩT TO E᙭ᑭEᑕT

We open with sacred circle to ground in our intention to celebrate life together as community... as one tribe.
We will feature various therapeutic modalities to calibrate our mind-body connection, set the space, then begin the music with a short yoga flow to warm the body and center ourselves.
Expect to gently alternate through semi-guided dance exploration and free flow, with flow toys provided (hula hoops/silk fans/ribbons) that connect us deeper into our child-like wonder of fun.
This is a 1 hr DJ set to go wild, be weird, and have fun!
We end the musical celebration with a closing circle, then close the space in fellowship with the group.

We recommend bringing a swimsuit if you feel called to swim, a towel, layers to add on as the sun sets, a few snacks, and plenty of water.
Arrive early to ensure you can find parking and then find us on the beach. Look for signs with ribbon streamers in our colors of green and gold. The dance space on the strand will have bamboo tipi's marking the container.
