When we sing together, we do more than tune in to the present. We release fear, raise our vibration, reclaim our peace, and step into the courage of our unshakeable inner knowing.

Join us every third Sunday at 12:00 p.m. to explore the healing power of sound in supportive community—no musical experience necessary.

This Month's Theme:

Last month, we discovered how to awaken and rebalance our energy centers with chakra toning. In November, we're exploring the power of the voice to clear and harmonize our spaces with an introduction to vocal smudging prior to the vocal toning meditation. It's a toning tip you won't want to miss!

What to Expect

Together, we return to breath and heart center through gentle vocal warm-ups, intention setting, and deep listening. As we hum and tone with crystal alchemy singing bowls, we release fear, shame, and judgment about our voices and create a shared field of harmony that soothes the nervous system and awakens authentic expression.

Each gathering flows through a journey of:

Sacred Centering – Grounding in breath and intention while releasing fear and self-judgment about using the voice.
Sacred Harmony – Gentle, freeform humming and toning supported by crystal alchemy singing bowls to create a shared field of resonance.
Sacred Witnessing – Closing in reflection and community connection, honoring the transformation that unfolds through sound.
Sacred Support for Your Voice – Working intentionally with crystals selected for their supportive properties for the voice. Participants are invited to infuse these stones with positive vibration during the practice, creating a tangible token of resonance to carry into the month ahead.

We’ll explore deeper dimensions of sound and self-expression through:

Chakra Toning – Balancing energy centers through frequency and vowel sounds.
Overtone Singing – Unlocking the body’s natural harmonics and layered resonance.
Sound Clearing – Using the voice to dissolve stagnation and restore flow.
Vocal Alchemy – Intoning words and phrases to shape your lived reality.
Subtle Sound – Weaving gentle vocalization into everyday life for calm and connection.

Each month offers new ways to deepen your practice, attune your presence, and awaken the creative intelligence of your own sound.

💧 Bring: A water bottle (your vocal cords will thank you), a favorite cushion if you have one, and an open heart.

About the Facilitator

Before delving into sound healing, Tone Circle's founding facilitator Briana Blythe trained extensively in classical vocal performance. After personal loss and burnout led her to rediscover her voice through vocal toning, the practice became her path of healing and transformation. Today, she leads group meditations, workshops, and channeled sound experiences designed to help others free their voices, connect from the heart, and reclaim their sound as a tool for peace, empowerment, and creative flow.
