SACRED REST & TEA CIRCLE

A circle of local women who gather in a gentle and supportive space to rest, reflect and feel held.

A quiet pause from the rush of life.

We slow down together - sharing tea, intentions and quiet presence. This is a place to exhale, feel nourished and be held in your community of women.

*ALL generations of women are welcome.

*Mothers with babies in arms are welcome.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or cushion to sit on

• Journal & Pen

• A cutting from your garden or the earth, a simple flower, a branch, a nut, shell or rock to be offered to the circle.

Note: Due to the nature of this event, we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions.

Q. Why can't I pay just for one circle?
A. To maintain the confidentiality and supportive nature of the group we are keeping monthly containers for the women. There are two circles per months. The first two Tuesdays of each month.

Q. Can I just show up?
A. Unfortunately, this event needs to be booked as I will be offering cups of delicious herbal tea.

Q. I don't like to share my thoughts, can I still come along?
A. Of course, sharing is optional.


Q. I feel isolated and alone, is this for me?
A. Absolutely! Whether you are a new mother with a baby or a wise grandmother or a maiden yet to find her tribe - we welcome you!

Q. Can I pay cash?
A. Absolutely! Please let me know that you will be coming so I can provide enough tea for you. Then bring exactly $20 cash for the month you are joining.

Q. What is the donation for?
A. Tea will be offered of course. The donation is for further refreshments such as cake or cookies. Completely optional and of course, gratefully received.
