Sacred Rhythms is a 2-hour guided ecstatic dance journey designed to awaken your senses, release stress, and invite joy through mindful movement. No dance experience is necessary – this is not about performance, but about presence, expression, and freedom.

We begin with grounding meditation and breathwork activation to centre the mind and open the body. A gentle warm-up prepares you for the flow of dance, where rhythms carry you through waves of energy, release, and connection. The music creates a safe container for self-exploration, allowing you to move in whatever way feels authentic. We close with a soothing cool-down stretch and a final meditation to integrate the experience and restore balance.

Afterwards, enjoy light refreshments and community connection as we share in the afterglow of the dance.
