Sacred Season Circle

Historically winter brings profound shifts, not only in the environment but within the soul of change.

During a womens life cycle and her own seasons she will move through different transformations from maiden to mother from mother to wild woman - wild woman to wise woman.

In our current traditions these phases of life go uncelebrated.

I have been birthing an idea for some time around the sacred season of a womens life and invite you to step into the world of mystery and magic by allowing the unfold, the somatic pleasure of simply being.

You will be guided on a journey throughout the evening to celebrate and honour your life stage and the week of the sacred lions portal!

This intentional evening is woven with a combination of practices that i have worked with for over 30 years as a practitioner of the healing arts.

Each session is unique and will be including Breathwork, self reflection, Yoga Nidra and ceremonial treats.

These sessions are designed for:

Women navigating deep transformation within their lives.

Menstrual changes

Reproductive & Relationship change

The sacred season circle of women invites the changes with ease and grace as a rebirth of time.

DETAILS:

• PLEASE ARRIVE AT 6:20PM - We start at 6:30pm

• Advise of any allergies / health conditions

• Bolsters and blankets are provided - some mats are available but BYO if you have one.

• Please do not attend if unwell

BRING:

• Socks and eyemask or scarf to cover eyes

• Water bottle to stay hydrated

• Journal & Pen

• Something special to add to the winter alter to take away at the end, this could be a special item of importance, connection, nature object, crystal, picture, statue - this all adds to the space of creation together.

• Plenty of Parking is available on site

• Please remove shoes at the door

• Bathrooms available on site
