~Please arrive 3-5 minutes early in the ZOOM waiting room for a prompt start at 7pm

Absolutely! Virtual Sound Healings are just as powerful and transformative as in-person sessions.

The healing frequencies of the crystal bowls and the vibrations of my voice are primarily heard through the ears, guiding your body into deep relaxation, helping you release heavy energy and restore balance. One of the joys of online sessions is experiencing this from the comfort of your own home, creating a safe, cozy sanctuary - you can do this in your PJ's!

Plus, a replay is available for two weeks, so you can revisit the healing anytime and continue your journey at your own pace.
